Professional Overview

Laurent-Olivier Galarneau, D.O., is an osteopathic practitioner with over 25 years of professional experience in physical conditioning, kinesiology, musculoskeletal health, and osteopathic care.

His professional background combines academic education in physical education, graduate-level osteopathic training, and extensive experience working with individuals across a broad range of physical conditions, functional needs, and activity levels.

Beginning his career in physical conditioning and kinesiology, he developed a practical understanding of human movement, exercise prescription, and physical performance. Since 2008, he has operated Ostéopathie L.O.G., an independent osteopathic practice serving the Greater Montreal metropolitan area, providing individualized assessment and hands-on treatment.

His approach integrates osteopathic assessment and treatment with an understanding of biomechanics, functional mobility, and exercise-based support. Continuous professional development, pursued since 2003, further contributes to the evolution of his clinical knowledge and professional practice.

As Founder and Director of Fulcrum Rehabilitation Services Inc., he brings this experience to a focused service model designed to support corporate, institutional, and public-sector organizations through on-site professional services, targeted interventions, and flexible contractual engagements.
